Michael Coffee is the visionary founder of Brewed Strategies, bringing over 14 years of proven leadership in healthcare administration, grant management, and business operations. Born and raised in Nashville, TN, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tennessee State University and a bachelor’s degree from Belmont University.
Michael’s career spans executive leadership, financial oversight, community engagement, and compliance for multimillion-dollar federally and state-funded initiatives. He currently serves as Executive Director for the American College of Physicians Southern California Region III Chapter and as an Administrative Officer at UCLA, where he drives strategic planning, workforce development, and operational excellence for health equity research programs.
Beyond healthcare, his expertise includes retail and banking operations, enriching his ability to deliver scalable, cross-industry solutions. Recognized as a national scholar and recipient of numerous academic and performance awards, Michael is widely respected for aligning strategy, compliance, and innovation to create sustainable impact.
